At Natural Sunrise, we want you to start enjoying your premium natural spices and organic ingredients as quickly as possible. We work hard to ensure that your orders are packed securely and shipped promptly across Pakistan. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
1. Order Processing Times
Once you place an order, our team gets to work right away. All orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1 to 2 business days.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an extra day or two. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will proactively reach out to you via email.
2. Shipping Options and Rates
We offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs. The exact shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.
- Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: For when you need your ingredients urgently, usually arriving within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order
We want you to be able to follow your package's journey. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active on the carrier's website.
4. Shipping Issues and Damages
We carefully package every jar of spice and pouch of herbs to withstand the journey. However, if your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the box and the damaged items immediately. Contact our support team at support@naturalsunrise.pk within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue swiftly, whether through a replacement or refund.
